Welcome to MyLeadPilot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyLeadPilot website (myleadpilot.net), web application (app.myleadpilot.net), and Chrome browser extension (collectively, the "Service"), operated by MyLeadPilot ("we", "our", "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
MyLeadPilot is a lead generation tool that helps users extract publicly available business information from Google Maps and business websites, including business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, and publicly listed email addresses. The Service is provided through a web application and a Chrome browser extension.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
To use most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and local marketing laws) when using data extracted through the Service. You agree NOT to:
- Use extracted data to send unsolicited spam or unlawful communications
- Violate the privacy or rights of any individual or business
- Resell or redistribute the raw Service or extracted data in a manner that competes with us
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Share your account or API key with unauthorized parties
- Use automated means to abuse plan limits or circumvent restrictions
You are solely responsible for how you use the data you extract and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
Plans
We offer a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Basic, Standard, and Pro) with different feature sets and usage limits, as described on our pricing page.
Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then.
Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us.
6. Usage Limits
Each plan includes specific limits on the number of leads you can extract per billing period. Exceeding these limits may require upgrading your plan. We reserve the right to enforce fair-use policies to protect Service performance.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by MyLeadPilot and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. The business data you extract belongs to you, subject to your compliance with applicable laws.
8. Third-Party Services and Data
The Service extracts data from third-party sources such as Google Maps. We do not own or control this data and are not responsible for its accuracy. Your use of such data must comply with applicable third-party terms and laws. The Service also relies on third-party providers (Stripe, Brevo, hosting providers) whose terms may apply.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted data will be accurate or complete. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLeadPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyLeadPilot from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of extracted data.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or unlawful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
